Resumen

Partiendo de la definición del problema, el autor analiza en primer lugar las sinonimias con las que se conoce el proceso, pasando posteriormente al estudio clínico-radiológico y fundamentalmente instrumental, en la búsqueda del diagnóstico etiológico. Se valoran los hallazgos histológicos sobre los que se plantea la indicación terapéutica que se considera en la mayor parte de los casos quirúrgica.

Summary

After a definition of the problem, the author analyzes, in the fírst place, the synonyms by which the process is known, and then presents the clinical and radiological study. basically instrumental, in the search for the etiological diagnosis. The author then evaluates the histological findings on which the terapeutical indications are based. The indications for the majority of cases are surgical.
