One case of aggressive infantile fibromatosis of thoracic wall localization is presented. This anatomopathologic diagnostic involvement owes its name to the great local infiltrative capacity and high rate of recurrence. The clinical and radiologic appearance, may at times, lead malignant tumors to be suspected.

The treatment of choice consists in wide excision of the tumor. The new therapeutic options which are corrently being tried by several authors such as adjuvant therapy to surgery to avoid recurrence are reviewed.
