Realizamos un estudio retrospectivo de los micetomas pulmonares diagnosticados en nuestro servicio durante un período de 7 años. Se describe la metodología clínica seguida en el estudio de los pacientes afectados y las distintas posibilidades terapéuticas y se comparan con la literatura actual. Por último, se destaca la baja sensibilidad obtenida con la prueba de precipitinas frente a Aspergillus.

Ten cases of pulmonar) mycetoma diagnosed in our Service between 1985-1992 were retrospectively studied. Clinical methodology followed in the study is commented and the different therapeutic options are reviwed, so the literature concerning this process. The unspecificity of serum precipitins with Aspergillus is emphasised.
