Angiomas are benign vascular tumors which according to their histopathologic characteristics are divided into hemangiomas and lymphangiomas. They can be found in multiple organs. Mixed tumors called hemolymphangiomas or hemangiolymphangiomas are very rare. We present the case of a 52 years old male patient with subpleural hemangiolymphangioma (an extremely infrequent neoplasm). We discuss the clinical, radiologic, and evolutive aspects during a 5 years follow-up period. In view of the rarety of this tumor we consider that the report of this case may be of some interest.
