Se presenta un caso de hamartoma endobronquial de diagnóstico tardío, que precisó la práctica de neumonec-tomía izquierda, con evolución favorable.
Se realiza revisión de la literatura.
Summary
The authors present one case of endobronchial hamartoma of late diagnosis. After a left pneumonecto-my, the evolution was favorable.
The authors also review the medical bibliography on this topic.
