Resumen

Los autores describen un caso de dilatación idiopática de la arteria pulmonar, hacen mención de los criterios clínicos, radiográficos y fonomecanocardiográficos de esta entidad y resaltan el buen pronóstico de esta enfermedad. Enumeran y revisan brevemente aquellas entidades que plantean problema de diagnóstico diferencial con esta entidad.

Summary

The authors describe a case of idiopathic dilatation of the pulmonary artery, mentioning the clinical, roentgenological and phonocardiographic criteria of this entity, and pointing out the good prognosis of this disease. They enumerate and review briefly those conditions which establish problems in the differential diagnosis with this entity.
