Resumen
Se presenta un caso de criptococosis pulmonar y meníngea en una paciente previamente sana, cuya manifestación clínica inicial consistió en fiebre, síndrome tóxico y radiología de tórax patológica. A propósito del mismo son revisadas tanto las formas clínicas como el tratamiento de la criptococosis haciéndose especial hincapié en la afectación pulmonar.
Summary
The authors present one case of pulmonary cryptococcosis and meninges in a previously healthy patient. The initial clinical manifestation was fever, toxic syndrome and radiology of pathological thorax. The authors review the clinical forms and treatment of cryptococcosis and especially emphasize pulmonary affectation.
