Resumen

Se ha realizado, en veinte pacientes con intubación oro o nasotraqueal, exploración mediante el broncofibroscopio del árbol tráqueo-bronquial. Se exploraron inicialmente a las 24 horas de la intubación, a las 48 horas y siguientes. Se hallaron evidentes alteraciones en distintos niveles consistentes en hemorragias, erosiones ya desde el primer día. Las mayores alteraciones fueron encontradas en la zona del globo fijador.

Summary

Exploration by bronchofibroscopy of the tracheobronchial tree was carried out in twenty patients with oro or nasotracheal intubation. Explorations were made initially at 24 hours of the intubation, at 48 hours and so on. From the first day evident alterations at different levels consisting in hemorrhages, erosions were found. The greatest alerations were found in the zone of the fixing globus.
