Resumen
En la cirugía pulmonar aparecen, no raramente, diferentes complicaciones. Algunas de ellas son previsibles a patir de los estudios preoperatorios.
Estas complicaciones se relacionan con el acto operatorio en general y con la intervención sobre el parénquima pulmonar.
Entre las más temibles se citan: la fístula bronquial, la hernia cardiaca y la cámara residual endotorácica, entre otras. Como complicaciones quirúrgicas generales cabe reseñar: las arritmias cardiacas, la insuficiencia respiratoria y los-trastornos metabólicos, todos ellos previsibles y en principio de mejor pronóstico que los anteriores.
Summary
In pulmonary surgery it is not rare that different complications appear. Some of them can be foreseen from the preoperatory studies.
These complications are related to the operatory act in general and to the intervention in the pulmonary parenchyma.
Among the most fearful can be cited: bronchial fístula, cardiac henia, endothoracic residual camara among others. The following general surgical complications can also be cited: cardiac arrhythmias, respiratory insufficiency and metabolic disturbances, all of them foreseeable and in principie of better prognosis than those previously cited.
