Se presenta un caso de alveolitis alérgica por exposición a polvo de isocianato con radiología, pruebas de función pulmonar y anatomía patalógica compatibles, en un varón expuesto durante un año y medio y en el que se reprodujeron los síntomas y signos tras la reexposición en su lugar de trabajo. Es el primer caso descrito en la literatura española.
A male with a history of exposure to isocyanate dust for one and a half year presented with radiological signs, pulmonary function tests, and pathological findings compatible with allergic alveolitis. Signs and symptoms reappeared after reexposure in his working place. This is the first case described in the Spanish literature.
