Summary

The authors study this clinical entity, noting with special interest the following aspects: classification, the role polymorphonuclear eosinophile can play in it, pathological anatomy and possible pathogenic mechanisms.

Finally, they present a typical case of Löfíler's syndrome, for which the etiological factors could not be determined, and that showed an excellent response to minimum doses of corticoids administered during a short period of time.
