The Scimitar's syndrome is an uncommon and complex malformation often asymptomatic which diagnostic is suspected in the anteroposterior radiograph of the thorax in more than 50% of cases. The definitive diagnostic is obtained through angiography by digital subtraction (DSA), technique less invader.

The surgical correction is poorly required.
