A propósito de un carcinoide bronquial en un niño de cuatro años de edad y basados en una amplia revisión de la literatura, se discuten los aspectos diagnósticos y terapéuticos, resaltando la utilidad de las técnicas broncoplásticas del carcinoide bronquial en el tratamiento de este tipo de tumores.
We report a case of a bronchial carcinoid in a 4-year-old boy and we discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the disease and review the current literature on the subject. We emphasize the usefulness of bronchoplastic technioues for the treatment of this kind of tumors.
