Resumen
Se estudia una formación quística en región alta de Mediastino anterior, en una mujer de 70 años de edad, asintomática. El estudio microscópico, una vez operada la paciente, demuestra que se trata de un quiste tímico, por anomalía y persistencia del conductor timofaríngeo.
Summary
A cystic neoplasm in the high portion of the anterior mediastinum, in a 70 years old woman, without clinical sings, is reported. The microscopical study revealed a thymic cyst, due to the Tymus-pharingeal's duct persistence.
