Granulose cell myoblastoma or Abrikossff's tumour is a rather uncommon disease only exceptionally found in the bronchial tree. We report two cases, one of them untreated and the other surgically treated by bronchotomy, a rather conservative approach. Both patients showed a good outcome.

A literature review focused on the several theories on the origin of this condition, its macro microscopic features, the difierent forms of clinical presentation and the most common therapeutic approaches is also provided.
