Resumen

Se presentan los resultados y técnicas de la resección pulmonar con broncoplastia «en manguito» en 66 casos (50 cánceres broncógenos). Se hacen consideraciones sobre las ventajas de la broncoplastia al ampliar la resecabilidad en enfermos con reserva respiratoria limitada.

Summary

This paper presents the results and techniques of pulmonary resection with bronchoplasty in curcular flap in 66 cases (50 of them bronchogenic cancers). Commentaries are made on the advantages of bronchoplasty by amplifying the resectability inpatients with limited respiratory reserve.
