Resumen
Se hace una puesta al día conceptual y bibliográfica del aspergiloma intracavitario; se aportan 14 casos, de los que diez fueron intervenidos, teniendo que lamentar una muerte en el postoperatorio inmediato. Finalmente hacemos unos comentarios sobre los medios diagnósticos (radiológicos, analíticos e isotópicos), pronóstico y terapéuticos.
Summary
After bringing up-to-date conceptual and bibliographical aspects of intracavitary aspergilloma, the authors contribute 14 cases, of which ten were intervened surgically. One death occurred in the inmediate postoperatory period. Finally the authors comment on the diagnostic means (radiologic, analytical and isotopic), prognosis and therapy.
