La localización endobronquial representa el 10% de la totalidad de los hamartomas pulmonares. Se presentan tres nuevos casos haciendo hincapié en la clínica previa y los hallazgos radiológicos distintivos. Finalmente se enumeran las diferentes teorías acerca de su formación, orientación diagnóstica y tratamiento.
Endobronchial localization is found in 10% of pulmonary hamartomas. Three cases are described; the clinical course and radiographic findings for the entity are described.
Different hypotheses dealing with formation of the tumor, diagnosis and management are discussed.
