Intravascular bronchioloalveolar tumour (IVBAT) is an infrecuently found entity with characteristic histological features. IVBAT was disclosed through pulmonary biopsy obtained from thoracotomy. Morphological analysis of lung tissue demonstrated the presence of intracellular mycobacterium avium.
