Resumen

El pseudoquiste postraumático es una complicación relativamente rara de los traumatismos torácicos. Sus características radiológicas, evolución y mecanismos de producción son comentados brevemente, presentándose dos casos clínicos significativos, haciéndose una revisión de la literatura.

Summary

Postraumatic Pseudocyst is a rare complication of closed thoracic trauma. The radiological features, evolution and mechanism of production of this condition are briefly discused.

Two significant cases are presented, along with a revission of the literature.
