Resumen
Los autores, basados en 6 casos de hamartomas de pulmón tratados en su Servicio, analizan la problemática conceptual, etiológica y diagnóstica de estas peculiares lesiones. Del mismo modo, exponen su criterio de actuación quirúrgica frente a ellas.
Summary
Based on their observations in six cases of hamartoma of the lung treated in their department, the authors analyze the conceptual, etiologic and diagnostic State of these peculiar lesions. They also describe their criteria for surgical action when faced with this type of case.
