Three cases of hemangioma in anterior mediastinum are reported. Clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are discussed and compared with a wide review of relevant literature, with special mention of surgical time, because the three cases had superior vena cava compromise and two of them required venous angioplasty as the excision was complete.
