Resumen
A propósito de 4 casos de Hamartoma pulmonar recogidos en nuestro Servicio se hace revisión de dicho proceso patológico señalando los aspectos etiopatogénicos, clinico radiológicos y anatomopatológicos correlacionándolos con las peculiaridades de nuestros casos.
Summary
Based on 4 cases of pulmonary hamartoma treated in their unit, the authors review that pathological process indicating the etiogenic, clinical, radiologic and anatomicopathological aspects relating them to the peculiarities of the present cases.
