Resumen
Se presenta un caso de MCG de localización endobronquial que fue descubierto como una estenosis del árbol bronquial al efectuar una radiografía de tórax.
El diagnóstico de seguridad se obtuvo tras practicar broncoscopia y biopsia de la lesión que fue concluyente.
Se revisan la histogénesis y las principales características clínicas, radiológicas y evolutivas de esta tumoración. Se aconseja el tratamiento quirúrgico precoz de la lesión.
Summary
The authors describe an endobronchial granular cell myoblastoma which appeared on a chest x-ray as stenosis óf the bronchial tree. Bronchoscopy and biopsy of the lesión established the definite diagnosis.
The histogenesis, main clinical and radiological signs and clinical course of this type of tumor are reviewed and early surgical treatment of the lesión is advocated.
