Resumen

Se presentan dos casos de hipoplasia pulmonar de distinto origen, analizando la distinta forma de presentación.

Se comentan asimismo la elevada frecuencia de lesiones asociadas y la actitud quirúrgica más recomendable.

Summary

The authors present two cases of pulmonary hypoplasia of different origins, analyzing the different forms of presentation.

They also comment on the high frequency of associated lesions and the most recommendable surgical attitude
