Two programs with the aim of informatic creation of as many sub-files of 40 clinical records each as wished are described. Each sub-file fits within the memory capacity of the HP-75 minicomputer, which is 24 Kbytes. Lists can be obtained in 5 different ways. The flexibility and structure of the programs allows modifications directed to carry out statistical calculations on individual symptoms, physical findings or laboratory data. As an example, one of the described programs allows to obtain a list of the patients filed under a particular diagnosis.
